How to Set Regular Intervals as Working or Non-Working Periods in MS Project

Do you want to set a particular day or days of the week as working or non-working period, for example set aside every other Friday as a non-working day if on a 7-day calendar or set aside every other Saturday as a working day if on a 5-day week calendar?

Leading Microsoft Project blogger, Nenad Trajkovski has written a blog post outlining the steps you need to follow to set aside every other Saturday as a working day if using a 5-day week calendar. The same process can be used to define regular intervals of non-working periods.

Though Trajkovski’s tutorial is for Microsoft Project 2019, it also applies to previous versions from Microsoft Project 2010 (might apply to versions prior to 2010 but I have not been able to confirmed that).
