Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with ship managers, ship crew members and procurement team in annual work planning and scheduling maintenance and servicing activities of ships for timely delivery
  • Supporting the Senior Maintenance Planning Lead in coordination of routine activities by maintaining high level of communication with relevant internal and external stakeholder based on project timelines
  • Maintaining process compliance and ensuring complete integration with enterprise environment
  • Accurately recording tasks completed through the maintenance periods with the correct information though the objective quality evidence
  • Regularly reporting on key data, providing commentary and monitoring variances to provide proactive insights in relation to overall planning and scheduling tasks
  • Participating in weekly meetings to share assessment of materials based on contract agreement
Required Experience
  • A relevant qualification in engineering or certificate in material planning with industry experience in similar asset management planning/ scheduling role.Defence experience will be highly regarded
  • Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and in adaptable to Enterprise Asset Management System
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with an eye for detail
  • Proven customer focused with an ability to resolve complex issues
