Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate Permits and Notices to Planned Jobs;
  • Manage Notices and permits from raising to closing;
  • Respond to LA Comments and Challenges;
  • Report KPIs and tracking performance;
  • Attend weekly Cell meeting contribute to the success of the Cell to achieve targets;
  • Escalate critical Streetwork related issues that will impact the delivery to targets;
  • Work with local authority and building relationship;
  • Support the wider business in significant incident reviews and developing improvement plans;
  • Facilitate Project Change Control.
Required Experience
  • Street works/NRSWA knowledge/ Experience - would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal, telephone and typing skills
  • Planning experience
  • Working well under pressure, within challenging time frames, to deliver on time and to budget
  • Customer focussed, personable and approachable
  • Excellent organising and problem solving skills
  • An enthusiastic team player
  • Able to influence others to help achieve goals
